She stated in an interview with the H3 Podcast that she was raised by her grandma until the time she turned three. She was then adopted from Kenneth Taylor an American expat and their wife Eden. In the ten years that followed, Poarch spent most of her time doing chores in the family farm. Bryner, her brother Bryner as well as two of her older siblings have also been adopted. Her family moved to the United States in Texas when she was 13, with the exception of her two older sisters who remained at home in the Phillipines. Poarch then served in United States Navy for many years and was based in Japan. In 2020 she debuted a limited clothing line RIPNDIP x Paca Collaboration.
